Germany seems to have this right, but will the US figure it out. The big Medical insurance debate in Washington has Americans in a tizzy, when all they need to do is read some of the millions of Freelance writing articles written about the success of the German plan and they would see the light. How they can make a decision without research and looking at other successes is beyond me.
